Points-of-You is a coaching game that combines storytelling, photography, and self-reflection to promote personal growth and discovery. The game consists of a deck of cards, each featuring a photograph and a title or theme. Players select cards from the deck and use them as prompts for self-reflection and exploration.

Pause: This step involves taking a moment to slow down, reflect, and create a space for self-awareness. It's about stepping back from the busyness of life and giving yourself permission to pause and be present in the moment. Pausing allows you to quiet your mind, observe your thoughts and emotions, and cultivate mindfulness.

Expand: Once you've created a pause, the next step is to expand your perspective. This involves broadening your thinking, exploring new possibilities, and considering different viewpoints. By expanding your perspective, you open yourself up to fresh insights, creative solutions, and a greater understanding of yourself and the situation at hand.

Focus: After expanding your perspective, it's important to focus your attention and energy on what truly matters to you. This step involves clarifying your priorities, setting clear intentions, and directing your actions towards your goals. Focusing helps you align your choices and actions with your values and aspirations.

Doing: The final step is to take action based on the insights, clarity, and focus gained from the previous steps. It's about moving forward, implementing changes, and actively engaging in behaviors that support your growth and progress. Doing involves taking practical steps, making decisions, and being accountable for your actions.
